Ryan Begue
Senior Pastor
In 2022 Ryan Begue joined the First Baptist family as our new pastor. He and his wife Emily are both Clay County Natives and have five children. Both currently help as coaches at the high school and have a real heart for our community. Ryan is a graduate of The University of North Florida and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned his Masters of Arts in Theological Studies. Since 2000, he has served in various vocational ministry roles throughout the state. He loves the outdoors and being around people.
Tom Rozier
Student Pastor
Tom Rozier is a man of many talents. During the day Tom is a vital member of the IT department at Clay Electric. Away from Clay, he is pouring his life into his family and the teenagers of FBC. We are fortunate to have his unique blend of Biblical skill mixed with his secular world experience. Tom is often seen investing in the lives of teens whether it be at a Monday night Bible study, a Sunday morning discipleship group, or cheering kids on at the sports fields.
GREG LARSON
Children and Families Pastor
Has been a part of the FBC family since September 2023. Originally from the Orlando, Florida area and played college baseball at the University of Florida. Became a Christian while attending a Bible study at UF in 2011 and has since served in various ministerial roles, including a 3-year term with the International Mission Board in Central Mexico. Is married to Amy and has two daughters. Graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Applied Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Enjoys reading, working out, and coaching young athletes to pursue excellence on and off the field.
Desiree Durrenberger
Office Administrator
Desiree Durrenberger is the glue that holds our Church together. She brings a strong work ethic, and engaging attitude to our church family. She enjoys spending time with her children. Desiree is a joy to have around FBC.
